3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined within each individual property listing. Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms before completing a booking. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made outside of the stated window.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and follow all community rules, including noise ordinances, parking regulations, and occupancy limits. Failure to do so may result in early termination of your stay without refund.
Smoking, any pets unless expressly approved in writing, or illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited
Guests will be responsible for any damages, cleaning, or other rule violations incurred during the stay. Peach Orchard Park reserves the right to charge the payment method on file to cover such costs.
5. Owner’s Right to Entry
Peach Orchard Park reserves the right to enter the property at reasonable times for inspection, maintenance, repairs, or to address suspected violations of these Terms. When practicable, advance notice will be provided; however, immediate entry may occur in emergencies or when POP reasonably believes there is a risk to the property, guests, or neighboring homes.
6. Content and Site Use
All content on this website, including property descriptions, photos, logos, and text, is the property of Peach Orchard Park, LLC or its content providers. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Peach Orchard Park provides this website and its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of information, availability of properties, or uninterrupted access to the site.

This includes, without limitation, injuries related to pools, spas, lanai areas, stairs, outdoor and recreational equipment, or natural and environmental conditions; property loss, damage, or theft; weather events; wildlife encounters; utility interruptions, internet outages, or other service interruptions; temporary closures or unavailability of community amenities; construction or maintenance activities occurring in or around the property; mold, mildew, humidity, or environmental odors resulting from Florida’s natural climate or HVAC misuse. POP is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from guest misuse, negligence, violation of rules, or failure to follow posted safety instructions. Guests accept all inherent risks associated with Florida properties, outdoor areas, climate conditions, and local environmental factors.”
