How do I book a home?

You can book a home by emailing your reservation request directly to booking@peachorchardpark.com. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps. There are no service fees or hidden charges—just straightforward pricing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Please see each listing for specific cancellation terms.

Are pets allowed?

Some properties may be pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Do your homes have Wi-Fi and Smart TVs?

Yes. All our homes offer high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and work-friendly spaces for remote travelers.

Is there parking available?

Each property includes a private driveway and garage parking. Additional guest parking is available in the community.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, all pools are heated and professionally maintained for year-round enjoyment.

Is cleaning included?

The home will be professionally cleaned upon arrival. A professional cleaning fee is added to your booking automatically and is required. Additional mid-stay cleanings can be arranged upon request.
